I came in because my car was having trouble starting. I thought I needed a new battery. I told the service person I likely needed a new battery. I also had an oil change and 2 cabin filters replaced. I thought I needed a new battery. I told the service person I likely needed a new battery. I also had an oil change and 2 cabin filters replaced. They went ahead and placed a lifetime warranty battery. I paid and went home. The next day I had similar issues with the car not wanting to start. Eventually it did. A couple days later, I drove the car from Collierville to Germantown Methodist. When I got into the car to come, the car would not start at all. Luckily, I had access to a gentleman than understood cars well. When we popped the hood, it took him 5 seconds to diagnose that one battery cable was lose. We tightened it up and the car has been fine since. So the big question is, did I really need a battery or just have the battery cable tightened like we did? So it seems like the replacement of a battery (whether it was needed or not) would include tightening the battery cable if it was loose. So I am not at all happy with this first encounter. We just moved here and have 2 Hondas. More

My mother has Alzheimer’s and I’m her full time caregiver so I have to take care of business around the time she’s still sleeping or if I have someone watching her . I asked the service manager could I get a so I have to take care of business around the time she’s still sleeping or if I have someone watching her . I asked the service manager could I get a shuttle to her home in whitehaven he said” no we only go within a 10 mile radius “ I said well I don’t understand the point in having a service that only provides for the customer if they live around the corner from the dealership. The service manager hunched his shoulders and walked away . I explained my situation so I thought he would have been accommodating but he wasn’t. Service department wll not even recognize you when you walk in the building. Everyone seem too be to busy to say, Be with you in a minute. I bought 5 free oil changes when I got my car. 6-19-23 was the la walk in the building. Everyone seem too be to busy to say, Be with you in a minute.
