Time for a oil change, my appt was 3:00pm, Chris Higgins wasn't at he's desk and I was in a hurry leaving out of town, so I asked Alex can he check me in and with a smile he did. Once Chris knew I was ther wasn't at he's desk and I was in a hurry leaving out of town, so I asked Alex can he check me in and with a smile he did. Once Chris knew I was there he can over to greet me and we went over the history of my car. Need two more small thing done we did them and I still was out in less than hour and half. As a single lady sometime we need help keep up with car maintenance....Thank You Chris Higgins and Auto Nation Honda 385...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! More

Had it not been for Chase, the Service Manager, my rating would have been 0! Prior to making my recall appointment, the agent, Alex, told me it wouldn't be necessary to keep my car overnight. When I showed would have been 0! Prior to making my recall appointment, the agent, Alex, told me it wouldn't be necessary to keep my car overnight. When I showed up Wednesday morning, Alex said "We might have to keep your car overnight but I'm not sure". I told him that if I'd known that when we made the reservation over the phone, I would have chosen another day. When I called in the afternoon to see about picking my car up, Alex told me that they needed to keep it overnight. When I again expressed my displeasure that he told me differently when I made the appointment, Alex falsely accused me of "having an attitude and said if I wanted to, I could just come pick up our car, implying that he'd rather we take it somewhere else!" I then spoke with Chase and he said he'd do all he could to help me. Later, he informed me that the work had already begun so all he could promise was that it would be completed early the next morning. When I arrived the next morning at 9:30, it was done and Chase went "above and beyond" what I expected. Having bought 2 cars there in the past 3 years, I would've "never darkened the doors of Autonation 385 again, had Chase not gotten involved!" I will be back there for my next service. Thank you for the opportunity to share my issues! More
