On August 19th, I contacted this dealership to inquire about the availability of a vehicle on their website. Spoke with "Tim" and he stated that it was available and he would get me a quote as soon as a m about the availability of a vehicle on their website. I called back and spoke with Tim again. He stated that it was very busy in the showroom and "they need to focus on the customers that made the effort to come into the showroom". After his rude & dismissive comment, I should have just moved on. Instead, I tried using the dealership's on-line chat app and chatted with Brittany R about the vehicle I was interested in. After a lengthy chat, she stated that someone from their eCommerce department would be in contact with me. I never received anything from Tim and never heard from the eCommerce department. I was able to locate the 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring that I was wanting at a dealership in Tulsa, OK and purchased it last week. More

Service Writers no longer come out to meet me, I'm now expected to find an SW. Two SWs were working on paper work and would not Intake me for Service. There were no other SWs visible at the time. While I did get a text message and pictures of a couple of dirty filters, I was never told the cost of those repairs, I was shocked to learn the prices of the filters and the cost of my total bill. I asked for a shuttle and was told they start at 9:00. People don't need to be at work until later than 9:00? At 10 after 9 I had not seen a shuttle driver so I approached my SW. He looked around and said they'd be here. 5 minutes later there was still no driver, but I saw 2 young women opening up sacks of food. My SW commandeered an older gentleman to drive me and that gentleman told me the two girls opening their breakfast were the shuttle drivers. I know it's not your fault their generation doesn't want to work, but who supervises these people? They're allowed to just come and go and do as little as they want. More
