My first impression was the purchase of my used vehicle which had been damaged, but it was covered up by the dealer prior to my knowledge and nobody told me about the damage. The second interaction was taking my vehicle in to have a recall on my car rectified. Of which I had to wait a lot longer than what they told me and I had nothing other than the recall recommendation addressed. Their sales people tried to sell me everything without regard to my time. I let these folks know that I was in a hurry and still had to wait far too long. I’m not happy with their sales dept or the service dept, both need a lot of work. More
I tried to book an online appointment for an oil change for my car. I finally got to the dealership and got it changed and they told me my car would need more services done on it. They wouldn’t let me sche for my car. I finally got to the dealership and got it changed and they told me my car would need more services done on it. They wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment there and said I needed to go home and make one online. I tried to do it online and the website didn’t let me make one. So I tried to use the chat and the automated chat thing said I needed to call. I called the number and no one picked up and was on hold for a long time. It doesn’t seem like it’s easier to schedule service for my car at this location. More
I had one flat tire and my car was at the service center for 5 days!!!. I had my tires replaced there before but they could not find my warranty. Finally after 5 days of my car being at the shop and I ended up walking out with a donut in my car because of ridiculous pricing of over 350 dollars for ONE TIRE!!. It was almost impossible to reach a person and their call center does not communicate with the service center. They don't answer phone calls nor do they return phone calls. Their reasoning "short staffed", understandable these days but at least communication would have helped me make decision. Absolutely bad customer service. When I went to pick up my care the rudeness of the lady there was something else. More
Requested comprehensive service as daughter moving with vehicle out of state. All requested service performed to satisfaction. Inspection found power steering fluid leaking into boots covering steering rac vehicle out of state. All requested service performed to satisfaction. Inspection found power steering fluid leaking into boots covering steering rack leading to addnl $1900 repair which was completed. Felt $163 to replace blown fuse extreme and $163 to correct passenger side mirror wiring they installed a couple years back extreme was well. Greatly appreciated inquiry if Costco member during checkout as it cut $354 off over all total. More
