Overall great experience with friendly customer service. The issue with the car I was test driving was resolved to my satisfaction, and the incident with the minor fender bender has (so far) been taken care The issue with the car I was test driving was resolved to my satisfaction, and the incident with the minor fender bender has (so far) been taken care of properly as well. The only real issue was the wait time to purchase my new vehicle (two and a half hours or so) on a Tuesday evening, even though we were paying cash for the purchase and not financing. More
