Buyer Beware - You're a valued customer until you cancel your extended warrantee. Before I choose to cancel my extended warrantee, my experience with AutoNation Honda 104, was one of the best the kind of ca your extended warrantee. Before I choose to cancel my extended warrantee, my experience with AutoNation Honda 104, was one of the best the kind of car buying experiences any one could ask for. The sales rep was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient. The finance rep was great, very personable and willing to make things work. Things changed when I decided to cancel the extended warrantee. That day, the sales rep I worked with "wasn't in that day" when I clearly say him in the show room and the finance rep hasn't returned any of my phone calls. I also asked for assistance with a leak a saw under my brand new car while in the parking lot of AutoNation Honda and I was told to take my car elsewhere to get it looked at. I'm still under warrantee with AutoNation and they wouldn't even look at my car. I am still a customer, I still purchased my vehicle from them but they haven't contacted me back. I still have questions and issues that haven't been addressed. Still waiting, not happy. Does customer service end once you close the deal? At this point I would not recommend anyone to do business with AutoNation Honda 104. More
