On the phone for 40 minutes mostly on hold just to get a status report on my car. Had an 0800 appointment and the car was not started till nearly 2pm. The car was brought in for warranty air conditioning wo status report on my car. Had an 0800 appointment and the car was not started till nearly 2pm. The car was brought in for warranty air conditioning work a month before ,a completely different fiasco. Was told we would get a call when the parts came in but had know idea when that would be. Eventually we called the dealership and where told oh yes the parts are here. Again LONG wait time to get to talk with someone to make an appointment. Then when we arrive for our appointment the service advisor tells us he’s not sure the parts are here. Said he will go ahead and send the car back and call me with an update on the parts. Never called, (see the first part of this letter). Felt we were treated unprofessionally the whole time. More

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation not only did it take over 2 1/2 hours to complete they never even rotated the xxxx tires very dissatisfied and I won’t be coming back! I have been disappointed with the customer service at this dealership during the past two visits. Communication about the vehicle repair has been next to nothing and the vehicle has been in there hands f this dealership during the past two visits. Terrible. I will never bring my car to be serviced at this location again. A simple oil changed turned into 2 hours because no one contacted me that the car wa I will never bring my car to be serviced at this location again. A simple oil changed turned into 2 hours because no one contacted me that the car was done. I was sent a video of all kinds of issues under my car but the documentation I was provided showed nothing wrong. The service advisor can't correctly tell me how many axles my car has. Guess what there are TWO axles on most vehicles and not one. I felt they were predatory because I am a woman and they wanted to take advantage of me not knowing about cars. My mechanic found one thing that he agreed was an issue on the video that was sent. Disgusted in the service here and you should be ashamed to call yourself a service department. More
