Worst experience I ever had with this service department at Honda 104th. No one called when my car was ready. No one returned my calls. I arrived at the dealership around 6pm to pick up my car. I dropped it off the night before for routine service. After I paid for my service e, o had to find my own car in the parking lot and the seat still had a dirty plastic on it and a dirty paper floor mat. They really have gone downhill. This is my 4th car purchased at this dealership and the service sucks. I may not be back. More

I left 3 messages to set up an appointment for an oil change, never heard back. When I got the oil change, he said it would take between 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours, after an hour and 45, I looked in the lot change, never heard back.
