My dealer representative, Jolene, was the absolute best in helping to sort out the status of a warrantee repair on my Honda CRV. Both Honda and AAA supplemental repair policy were pointing fingers at one in helping to sort out the status of a warrantee repair on my Honda CRV. Both Honda and AAA supplemental repair policy were pointing fingers at one another about paying for the repair and she worked hard to obtain commitment from Honda to pay for the repair. I would return to this dealer for any need in the future. I visited twice, once to confirm the problem, then a second time to have repair done after they ordered the part. During the repair I was contacted both by phone and text to keep me updated. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who asked. More
