Steven Miley sold me a $40k car last year with the promise of having someone come out to my house and fix the wind shield. They never sent anyone out. They told me to go in. I had to cancel twice because I travel all the time and couldn't get my car in which is why he said they would have someone come out. (I'm a single mother with 4 kids) When I was finally able to get in, he wouldn't respond to my text messages anymore. I finally called Honda service and got an appt. However, upon arrival, I was told that it was not written in my contract that they would replace my windshield. I was then brought upstairs and a gentlemen came out and said that they will not replace the windshield because it was not written any where that they would and it has been almost a year and if they were to replace it, it would have to have been within 30 days which none of that was communicated with me. I asked to speak to Steven and they wouldn't bring him out and he refused to come out. The gentlemen was soft spoken but smiled condescendingly at me. Overall, it was obviously not their intentions to replace it since Steven never put it in writing, he never sent anyone out like he said he would, knowing very well that I traveled a lot, he never communicated that I only had a month, and he never responded to my texts about rescheduling another appt. My fault for not making sure that he had it in writing because I 100% trusted Honda and Steven! More
The technician assigned to my car was outstanding and I was super-satisfied with the ownership he took for getting the work done. I cannot recall his name but the advisor was Jason Adamson or Joseph Conn was super-satisfied with the ownership he took for getting the work done.
