Jason asked that I provide him a good review but I am unable to do that. First off I didn't get an estimate on the repair cost until I asked for one several days after dropping the car off. Second, the unable to do that. First off I didn't get an estimate on the repair cost until I asked for one several days after dropping the car off. Second, the final repair figure was 152% over the initial repair estimate. Third, one of the repair tasks I was charged both parts and labor was not accomplished and not noticed until the day after I picked up the car and was cleaning up the interior. I have called the dealership to get this cleared up but since Jason is out of the country I don't know when this is going to happen. Finally, a small coin purse, that belonged to my deceased sister-in-law and the previous owner of the vehicle, is missing from the center console where it was resting as an homage to her. Really sad that someone would take it out of the car. More

It took 7 hours for someone to update me on the status of my car's inspection and on the airbag recall replacement; however, once they updated me, service was a quick turn around.
