The service appointment was easy to schedule online and even easier to initiate - just drove into the check-in area, parked, and was on my way. They finished the job quickly. The person that helped me at the counter was very nice. The problem is the service wasn’t done when they said it would be when I got there. They expedited the process but when it was done I got in my car The problem is the service wasn’t done when they said it would be when I got there. They expedited the process but when it was done I got in my car and all the tire sensors were on. He said I had to drive it for 2 miles at 35mph. To clear it. This did not work-all of the tires were below 30 PSI. So I just filled them up myself. I take my car to the dealership for quality service work, this was not quality service. More
