I had to return to this dealership as the problem with my car was not identified correctly initially. This time, the problem was identified and it was an expensive one! That was disappointing. However, I rec car was not identified correctly initially. This time, the problem was identified and it was an expensive one! That was disappointing. However, I received wonderful customer service and would like to thank Jolene for being so helpful and making the disappointment easier to take. Because of the fix being so expensive, I took my car to a different dealership and they diagnosed the same problem. This made me feel better knowing that this dealership also did good job diagnosing. The address isn't clear when booking this location. When arriving the technician, Joseph seemed annoyed by my questions and when I inquired about additional services he treated me as though I didn't kn When arriving the technician, Joseph seemed annoyed by my questions and when I inquired about additional services he treated me as though I didn't know anything as a female and called me hunny. I requested pricing on fuel injector cleaning and he said the solution was a $40 bottle poured into the gas tank, he said. After the oil change, I took my business to Grease xxxxxx as they provided great information, pricing and understanding for the 2 larger services I need, it was half the price he quoted and half the tike to get it done. If I am going to spend hundreds of dollars on services. I want to be treated fairly. It took over 2 hours for a simple oil change that was scheduled via appointment. When they called saying my car was ready, he mentioned coming out to my car, which I did and stood in the cold for 10 minutes until going inside to ask, he gave someone the print out for the car and they handed it to me, no updates or information provided to me. Seemed like sub par customer service for being an Autonation. I witnessed several elderly and others struggling to open the exit, no alot of clear signage and guidance, many people seemed confused by the long wait and the location was either short staff or doesn't care about good customer service. It was my last free oil change as part of the warranty package and honestly so glad I don't have to go back for that wait and lack of customer service. More
