I was so happy that Honda had the time to work on my CRV this afternoon now I have no worries that everything is taken care of for another winter. When you actually get in the door, this place delivers great service! When my Honda Accord flashed that it needed "A1" (oil change) service, I call to make an appointment & was happy to be offered a call great service! When my Honda Accord flashed that it needed "A1" (oil change) service, I call to make an appointment & was happy to be offered a call back option (rather than staying on-hold)...but I never received that call back. Twice. I went to their website as optionB but only was offered appointments 2 weeks out...& wasn't sure how accurate that was. So, when out running errands, I stopped by & sure enough then could do the oil change immediately! Plus they email you discount coupons for the common services we all need. Perhaps they are just challenged by the same short-staffed situation as many places...so be persistent & you'll be happy in the end. More
our experience has been better, we arrived at 3:30 for our 4pm appointment and we were told that the car was also needing a computer update and it may take a little while which was fine with us. We were also told that they were having phone problems which would not affect us since we would be in the waiting area. At 6:30 i decided to check and see if they were having issues with the computer update. i was then told the vehicle was done and ready to go it was done at 5pm. I waited 1.5 hours longer than needed. it would take a whole 10 steps to walk into the waiting area and see if we were there. The young lady tried to help it out a little by offering us 5 free car washes at a location near by which would do us no good since we live in Cheyenne Wy. mistakes happen but this shouldn't have with a simple check of the waiting area.
