On Tuesday, March 19th, I contacted the dealership to inquire about a recently acquired Lexus RX350h. Sal provided a virtual tour of the vehicle, and being pleased with the vehicle, I asked that we fi inquire about a recently acquired Lexus RX350h. Sal provided a virtual tour of the vehicle, and being pleased with the vehicle, I asked that we finalize the paperwork so we could get the deal closed. When I asked if a deposit was needed to hold the car, Sal explicitly stated it was unnecessary. Since I live out of state, I spent a significant amount of time that night securing a transportation company to ship the Lexus. I also texted Sal to confirm the details and inquired about the final paperwork, as Sal previously mentioned it required updating. Unfortunately, I received no response that night. The following morning, I reached out again to finalize the purchase, only to be informed that the car had been sold to someone else. Upon further discussion, the story became unclear. The Sales team claimed Sal sold the car to another customer, cutting his coworker out of the commission. However, Sal contradicted this, stating another salesperson made the sale. Later evidence revealed Sal's story to be false. I’ve continued to reach out to the management team, and they have yet to return my multiple voicemails and messages. More

I bought the first car I drove in cash. The Sales men was super nice and friendly. He said the rear breaks and rotors were new however the front brake pads were warn. I called the dealership brought my car in the next day, sat and waited for them to tell me that the brake pads are all new. Now because I am a woman people might assume I don't know anything about cars but I grew up with a Dad that has worked on cars since he was 15 years old, he's 73 now. I feel like they dismissed my concerns and I can still hear the brakes grinding. So my advice is if you want to buy a used car, go somewhere else. More

I used Costco auto buying program and I believe that helped get me the best price. i recommend this dealership as they were honest and responsive. More
