This is a review on the service department. I had a 230 maintenance appointment scheduled. When I showed up, they were unable to do the service because they had too many cars!! They said there is no guarantee on service as they have no control over how many cars are booked. Very disappointed as I bought my car there AND have 2 free prepaid regular maintenance services.
