Buying new vehicle can be stressful mainly because of negotiations about vehicle pricing and added options. I had none of that with AutoNation Honda. They had the best pricing right upfront (and I cross- negotiations about vehicle pricing and added options. I had none of that with AutoNation Honda. They had the best pricing right upfront (and I cross-checked it with three other dealerships) willing to remove any option I did not need/want and sales and finance team that was not pushy by any means. My buying experience was very relaxing and pleasant. The only exception to that was the delayed delivery of the vehicle to the dealership. While I understand that the dealer did not have any control over the delivery process, I think they can improve the communication to the future buyers being proactive instead of having me call them every time to to get information. Because of that inconvenience, though, they were very accommodating and removed all the dealership fees to keep me happy. At the end of the day I am very happy with my purchase and the process without almost any negotiations😀. More
