While they are extremely friendly there, it took some time to get the deal done. Also, I had asked for a coupon for accessories, which I never received. I also felt like there were several things in the vehicle that I was not sure how they worked. I didn't even know how to turn the lights on and it was late, that would have been nice to know. I felt like at the end while I was wanting to be done, I was rushed out the door with very little explanation on how everything worked in the Van. I felt like he just wanted to be done to get on with his night. Kurt which is who I had worked with prior was great and friendly, but he was helping someone else I would have liked to have finished everything off with him. I also felt like I was encouraged to give all 5's on this report which really made me not want to because I was being told to. Everyone else in the dealership was great, and while I felt like the gentlemen who took care of me was nice I feel like things could have been more smooth. More
Jay was helpful from the second I walked through the door. He understood what I was looking for in a car, although I didn't get a Honda, he gave me a TC I fell in love with as soon as I sat in the drive door. I had a great experience purchasing from GO Honda. I worked with two associates over the course of purchasing my new CR-V, and both were friendly and knowledgeable. Chili was patient and helpful on my first visit, even when I was clear I would not be purchasing that day. When I later returned for a test drive, Chili was with another customer. Instead of asking me to wait (with two young children in tow), Chili promptly introduced me to Jay for immediate assistance. Jay was very patient while I installed my child safety seats before test driving the vehicle, and did an excellent job explaining the many features of the vehicle. I felt the experience was very smooth and the process of buying the car was well managed. More

I felt like any question I had was answered quickly, and if the answer was unknown, they would get back to me promptly with the answer. In comparison to the other dealerships we looked at (Toyota dealers in particular), Go Honda was undoubtedly the best one. Jay Dureja is who we worked with the most. He was very friendly and pleasant, and very patient. We have 3 young kids who do not always behave, and he was very understanding with any issues we had. I would definitely recommend Jay and Go Honda. More
BUY FROM THEM. I bought a Honda Fit from Go Honda this week, and the experience was a breeze. I shopped around at 4-5 other Honda dealers, among one of which was one I had been loyal to for my car servicing needs the past 7 years. Turned out no other places were able to give me an offer that would beat the deal at Go Honda! They matched the lowest offer I got from other places--and threw in an additional discount on top of that. Plus, they offer free maintenance the first 3 years. What more could you ask for? What impressed me most about Joe L. and Go is that there was no high sales pressure or pitch like what I was feeling at other dealers. Joe L. was upfront and clearly spelled out everything. Most notably, he kept every discount and price match promise he made over the phone without bragging about it like some dealers do. We didn't have to haggle or renegotiate at all once I got there to do the paperwork to buy the car. I appreciated that very much. Before buying my Fit, I did lots of research online. Having read tons of things on "dirty dealer tricks," I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I walked into a dealership, but all in all, you don't have to worry at Go. This is a place with good integrity, and I feel it's one I can trust. In sum, I highly recommend this dealership. In the future if I want to buy another Honda, Joe L. and Max would be the first people I call. More
