And the reflection is the Leadership the General Manager is worst and that is why her team is as well... More

We looked at and contacted several dealerships from Northern Colorado to Denver and no doubt Max/Auto Nation is the best! We have leased and bought cars from him several times and always enjoy the experience! Seriously, we didn’t know car dealings could be so smooth until we met Max! More

During the test drive he was on his phone the entire time, when asked a question, his answer was I guess. Phoned and emailed, the sales person Israel Sosa said he would speak with his supervisor to ask if there were any options, we never heard back from him. A call or email to say sorry we can’t make this work would go a long way. Definitely would not recommend this dealer ship. Go to Kuni Honda, they are the best!!’nn More
Customer service? What a joke. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Nation Honda 104 about a month ago. The driver side sunshade fell off less than two weeks after I bought it. Th I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Nation Honda 104 about a month ago. The driver side sunshade fell off less than two weeks after I bought it. They won't fix it. And now the alternator has gone out on me and I haven't even made my first payment!! The battery was over 5 years old, which I should have seen when I was test driving the thing, but I assumed that their service department had done their job and replaced the battery that was past it's useful life. And now that the alternator has gone out, they are refusing to make it right. Did I mention that I haven't even had the car long enough to make my first payment? I will not be doing business with this company ever again. More

He was very helpful in finding the car we were looking for, which required him to drive us to another AutoNation dealership 15 miles away in rush hour traffic. He was very friendly and patient.. On the maintenance warranty we were told that all factory recommended services were covered for five years - only to discover the over priced policy only covered oil changes - (we now have over $600 to pay for factory recommended services we were told was covered). We purchased the extended mechanical policy that (we were promised) covered all mechanical, electrical, etc issues, no matter the cause and when the policy was close to expiring the dealership would go through everything (engine, transmission, differential) and make sure the vehicle was in A-1 shape. We've had several electrical issues that we've had to pay for and was told that the dealership would not check the mechanical items. We purchased the interior policy that was to cover any interior issues or problems. The cup holder needed repair, we were told that the policy did not cover "that item" and it would cost us over $125 to repair. The dealership lied to us on every additional policy we paid for in good faith. The dealership conveniently uses the excuse that it's the responsibility of another department. We have been promised to hear from the GM (never happened). It has been next to impossible to contact the service department (I've been on hold for over 20 minutes at least four times with no answer or call back). I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY "EXTENDED WARRANTIES". The entire operation is a scam in my opinion. More

And- the finance team was even able to save me some money on my monthly payment without sacrificing any extras. I've since returned for a scheduled service appointment and was in and out in no time. I don't have plans to buy another car anytime soon but once I'm ready again, I'll definitely come back to AutoNation Hondo on 104th. I'll be recommending this dealership to my family and friends when they're in the market for a car. More

It's my view he was lying in a childish attempt to manipulate me in into coming into the their showroom. I pointed out this was arrogant of him at which point he then hung up the phone. Amazingly, he phoned me back a few minutes later but all I said to him at that point was that I had nothing to say to him - I'll go and spend my $25k elsewhere! I don't know how AutoNation can afford to get as poor ratings for customer service as they do. More
Bad experience First off I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle at sticker price (14587), but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask for a lower price so first I First off I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle at sticker price (14587), but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask for a lower price so first I asked if the sticker price included any dealer fees and he said yes they were included in the sticker price. When I asked if they could bring the price down to $14,000 'Chilli', a sales man that was helping me said "I can ask". Chili came back about 10 minutes later with an offer and said they came down to $13988 but there was a separate dealership fee listed at $599. Now here's the problem, I know basic addition, 13988 + 599 = 14587. Now when i asked Chili "so I take it you couldn't come down on the price?" chili said "they did, it's now $13988". I explained that he already told me the dealership fee was included in the $14587 which Chili acted like he wasn't sure what I was taking about, but after explaining it a few times he said on he will go ask for them to lower it to $14000 total. After 5 minutes the sales manager came out and told me they do not haggle their prices under any circumstances. Now again, I wanted the car for the advertised $14587; if they would have been up front and just said 'sorry we don't haggle' when I asked for a lower price I would have bought the car anyway but the fact they went to the back and pretended to lower the price, then tested my intelligence saying they lowered it even though they just separated the dealership fee from the price was an insulting outdated tactic that was extremely offensive. I also talked to "Dan" the manager but he just said it was a miscommunication. You be the judge of that. More
