A really great experience from the service write up to leaving the service department. Everyone was cordial in all communications and answered all of my questions. My experience with one female service rep in the past was horrible and I had not planned on going back. I was talked into going to Honda svc Dept and you were the closest. Went ok. I waited 2 hours then went to see if it was almost ready. The guy had all my paperwork scattered on his desk and hadn’t bothered to come and get me. took home like 3-4 minutes to get paperwor almost ready.
