I bought my car from here that part went great! However I went to have my oil changed and the back passenger side window switch fixed after they told me they could fix it two weeks prior. I get their and the went to have my oil changed and the back passenger side window switch fixed after they told me they could fix it two weeks prior. I get their and they tell me they can’t do it cuz it’s a Nissan that’s fine but don’t tell me you can do something when you can’t. All I wanted was my oil changed and they ended up doing that and a tire rotation to which I didn’t want because they were brand new tires to begin with!! Also got attitude from multiple people!! I WONT BE BACK!! NOR WILL I BY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Very unsatisfied with the service department!!! More
Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful and informative. My work was done on time. No hassell. Clean waiting room and very nice. I have a 2019 Exployer. I have received 3 recalled letters, every time I call for an appointment, either they didn't have the part or they say that it didn't apply to me. Poor service all around I called Autonation Wolfchase Ford and asked for the service department to schedule an appointment. The young lady told me it might be easier to sched I called Autonation Wolfchase Ford and asked for the service department to schedule an appointment. The young lady told me it might be easier to schedule it online, and so I did. I scheduled 2 services for my 16 F-150. One is a door latch recall and the other was to fix my loose drivers seat. I immediately received an email confirming my appointment, letting me know that drop off was 715am and pick up would be 2pm.. I received another follow up email, reminding me of my appointment the day before. I arrived before my appointment time at 7:10 am. When I pulled into the bay, and asked what I was there for, I was told that, " they dont do those types of services on a Saturday because they dont have the crew. We would also need your Truck longer than just a few hours." I said I made and appointed and recieved an email confirmation. To which the service person laughed and said, " you need to make those appointments over the phone or in person. Online appointments dont mean really nothin for a service recall. You are first come first serve here." I said, " well, someone should have at least called to let me know. I received and email from Brooks Ward confirming your work to be done." He said, " well, WE can't....not today." I said, " you sir have just wasted my time. The service guy literally just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me!!!!! We have 4 fords, all 2016 or newer. I would never bring any of them here, or to any Autonation for that matter. You just lost a customer. More
Service I brought my truck in at 7:30 a.m. and was told by Smiley it was a simple recall and would be done by noon. Appointment made I left when I returned for my appointment I was again told it would be a 3 hr. Wait unacceptable they were very quick to remind me of my appointment but failed to remind themselves. They said I could reschedule. Why!!!!!! More
Service/ oil change I have mixed views regarding the service department. Depending on the day you may get friendly service and at other times down right bad service. I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and here it is 1:03 p.m. and I am still sitting waiting for my SUV. When I asked one of the service managers for a eta, I was told to chase behind another service manager who was currently out in the service area. Not sure how they go about customer service training but I am truly not happy with this dealership. I feel at times they are rude, in personable, and not concerned with any of the clients time constraints. I am currently searching for a different for dealership to have my vehicle service. It's a love/hate relationship with this dealership. More
