Customer service at Wolfchase Ford has gone downhill fast. Started off excellent and in the last year or so has gotten so bad that I'm now looking for another dealer for repair work. Delays are one thing, but the expectation you to leave your car there indefinitely while it goes into the rotation for repairs is unacceptable. The actual repair work they perform is good, but getting it done is a hassle. More

I had a good experience. I brought my 2021 Ford Bronco for a oil change and tire rotation. I worked with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Lee Gault. Provides good work but need to explain more to the car owner. Spent $1800 with no one explaining what all was done for the 150,000 mile check-up.
