I believe this is a great dealership. I gave them 4 stars, because it would be nice if I can get a complete service when bringing in my vehicle for service. I wished they could have address this issue while I'm there. I have a scheduled appointment, but it would have been nice to do everything all at once... Other than that, the Service Advisor's are great!! Would have been nice to have ran my truck through the carwash... Just a thought... More

The work performed was completed within the timeframe given but we had to wait 2 months to get an appointment. My 2015 Transit Connect had two recalls along with an oil change and new wiper blades. Everyone was professional and very courtesy. I went for a recall that took 6 months to get an appointment. Was going to wait upon arrival was told would take at least 2 day due to limited staffing. I was phoned later and told I need back break repaired was quoted one price over the phone. When I was checking out with cashier told another price. Spoke with my service advisor and I paid the price I was quoted over the phone. I appreciate him being a man of his word. That speaks volume to me. More
