I purchased 4 Cooper tires in January 2020. After several months, I had issues with 2 tires constantly losing air pressure. One tire was finally replaced under the 2 year Road Hazard Warranty. After several months, I had issues with 2 tires constantly losing air pressure. One tire was finally replaced under the 2 year Road Hazard Warranty. The second tire was recently resealed to the rim and has not lost air pressure in the last 3 weeks. I believe the problem has been resolved after 2 years of constantly losing air pressure. I want to thank Shelby for working with me and understanding my extreme frustration with Cooper tires. More

After setting up an appointment, I am told that they would have to keep my truck for 2 weeks to replace a pulley and the door actuator. I understand being behind but it was a waste of time to be told th would have to keep my truck for 2 weeks to replace a pulley and the door actuator. I know because I did it myself in 5 hours with the help of a YouTube video and no real mechanical skills. Second problem I had was that they are so backed up that recall work (which there is 3 items on my truck) is backed up until June. Will never go back. More
