Great Service department. Gary is honest and transparent. Service writer was very helpful and honest, came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only issue was with the tire rotation, when the tech rotated the tires they didn't adjust the pressures leading an oil change and tire rotation. The only issue was with the tire rotation, when the tech rotated the tires they didn't adjust the pressures leading to my front tires being overinflated and my rear tires underinflated. I know that everyone is in a hurry, but little things like this matter. More
The service was great, (thanks Barbara and the technician), the work done in a timely manner, and my car was washed and waiting after servicing. takes too long to get your vehicle looked much less getting it fixed. Ed the service tech was very rude by telling me that they were two weeks out and I had to wait my turn and I could get my keys and getting it fixed. I had already had my truck in there about a month back with the same problem it should have been moved to the front because of the reoccurring issue. I went to the service manager and the GM and told them what had happened they apologized but not from Ed. I am over it and I will go somewhere else for service More
