Should not be so hard to get service, staff appears to have a take it or leave attitude. Service writer was very helpful and honest, came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only issue was with the tire rotation, when the tech rotated the tires they didn't adjust the pressures leading an oil change and tire rotation. Ed the service tech was very rude by telling me that they were two weeks out and I had to wait my turn and I could get my keys and getting it fixed.
