Facility is nice and employees are friendly but attention to cleanliness in the vehicle is lacking. After servicing my F250 I went to get into the truck and there was grease on the floor mats and carpet and to cleanliness in the vehicle is lacking. I had stayed at the dealership to wait for the truck to get serviced so the last thing I wanted to do was go back into the dealership to speak with a manager about it. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me and she was over waiting. They also did not bring it to my attention that my bill was going to be almost double compared to previous oil changes due to the massive increase in product prices and labor. They did rectify that with a discount on top of the military discount that we receive. My husband has taken our truck here for three years and has not had an issue in the past. We will continue to use them for service but will have to be more diligent on details. More

The only problem I encountered was the overnight drop, I inquired about- they do have one but you have to park at the closed and locked service gate which Is parallel to the street and is small so, really one cannot park there.
