I have an appointment on a Friday for a 4 hour job. I drop it off the night before (Thursday). I get a call on Friday (afternoon) confirming that it is a 4 hour job and it won't be ready until Saturday I drop it off the night before (Thursday). I get a call on Friday (afternoon) confirming that it is a 4 hour job and it won't be ready until Saturday. I call at 2:50PM on Saturday (thinking that they close at 6) to be informed that they close at 3PM. I am told that "It is still being worked on" but nobody in the Service Dept. is available to give me details. They aren't open Sunday, so now I won't get it until Monday. So, 4 days.... for a 4 hour job.... The worst part for me is that I expected to be called at some point on Saturday to be relayed details. Garbage service. I recommend you take your service elsewhere. More

Dropped off vehicle for warranty repair. After vehicle had been left for seven days, had to call four separate times for an update on repair. First three calls I was informed that all service advisors were busy and would call me back. Fourth call I was finally able to be told my vehicle had been completed for several days and that multiple messages had been left. The person I spoke with about this could not confirm who tried calling and/or emailing regarding this status because they were not the employee who tried. I had no missed calls, voicemail, emails, or spam emails from anyone at this dealership. I arrived and walked into the service arrival bay and even with making eye contact with multiple employees, nobody bothered to acknowledge my presence, yet alone offer to help me out. After several minutes, on service advisor asked if he could help me and when I mentioned I was here to pickup a vehicle, he pointed to the cashier in a way that made me feel I must have annoyed him by asking for help. Got my keys and signed all paperwork at the cashier office and asked if they knew where my van would be parked and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "usually they just park these out front, but feel free to walk our lot." Very unprofessional interactions from multiple employees at this dealer. Have had better experience in the past at another dealer, will likely drive further for service next time. More
This dealership treated me with respect. Unlike Invergrove hyundai who lied to me many times and sold me a vehicle with a bad engine and all the oil leaking out of it every 3 weeks and then Unlike Invergrove hyundai who lied to me many times and sold me a vehicle with a bad engine and all the oil leaking out of it every 3 weeks and then disrespected me in words and actions for 2 years. I cant believe people are that nasty to others. Ford nation is a respectful group of people. They have been honest with me and their service is good. I know my vehicle is in good hands. They even gave me a really big discount on one of my services and who doesn't like that. I would definitely recommend Ford nation white bear to others. Thanks for making me smile instead of crying. Troy helped me with my trade-in and purchase of 2024 Raptor. He was great! In review of this transaction AFTER leaving the dealership was disappointing. I paid cash for my 2024 Raptor. MY CREDIT GOT Raptor. He was great! In review of this transaction AFTER leaving the dealership was disappointing. I paid cash for my 2024 Raptor. MY CREDIT GOT PULLED FROM SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE. I’M GUESSING FINANCE DEPT! The guy in finance I dealt with was a complete xxx. He had no time for me. He wasn’t getting his upsell attempts and turned into a complete xxxxxxx. If I had not been 90% through this deal I would have terminated this deal. On top of that I got home and revisited this transaction and you only gave me $14k for the trade-in when we agreed to $14,500. Incredible mistake. I have a son turning 16 in 3weeks. Would you think I would consider buying a car from you people? Again, Troy was a very great salesperson to work with. Incredibly enjoyable. Kudos to Troy. More
