My salesman Hans Wimmer was stellar with finding me a vehicle with the exact color and options I was looking for and provided me with great information on the features in the Escape. It w I bought my 2017 Ford Escape here because I thought it was the best value . I love my car but unfortunately it needed a major repair recently. It was covered under warranty but my car would have to stay there until they got the part from Ford , which we all know can be a long time sometimes. The service department was very courtesy and helpful , Jayson always called me to let me know what was going on with my car. They gave me a loner car and sometimes I had to go in to get another loner car because of the length of car waiting for the part. They always made sure though that I had one. The car finally came out of service and it is driving good now. I am not sure why everyone is complaining about the service , the girls there are nice and helpful and they even have courtesy cars there so if you go in for the oil change and want to go somewhere they will drive you to your destination and pick you up. I don't get that elsewhere where I go to get my cars fixed and the service guys have the ford training to fix the cars. I am very happy with the service that was provided. More

My husband recently took it in for an oil change and it took over 3 hours, Not long after leaving his dashboard lit up with tire pressures in the front were 84/85 and back were 68/68. The last time it was serviced, it took days longer than it was supposed to, there were issues with it right after he left. We purchased the truck there because we knew a salesperson. It was a huge mistake. Their follow up service is horrible. More

I had the appointment scheduled for weeks prior to drop-off and they were fully aware of the reasons it was being serviced. After having the truck all day, I called to check on the status and was informed that they needed to order the part for the rear seatbelt recall. It's disheartening to know that they didn't make sure they had the necessary parts, especially knowing the reasons for the service appointment. There was also a repair needed to fix the doors, so they would latch shut. Less than 24 hours after picking up the truck initially for service, the passenger doors were still not latching shut. I understand that I should've checked them before leaving the first time, but I was already agitated knowing I had to return it for service another day. Eventually, after some struggle from the service department, the door latch issue was repaired. We posted a less than positive review on google. The GM, Dean, had reached out and requested that I call to discuss my experience with their service department. I did call and left a message (on 02/01/2019) for him to return my call and still have not received a return call. The customer care rep, after notifying me that the repairs were complete, wanted to see what they could do so we would change our initial review. I went to this dealership for convenience. However, I will not go back due to the lack of preparation and follow through. It appears, when all is said and done, that they are only concerned about their "reviews". I understand the importance that these reviews play, but nothing in the review was inaccurate. To try and manipulate them just shows what kind of place this really is. More
I'm not unreasonable, but bad trade offers and poor finance I have had multiple experience with this dealership, and each time I have left disappointed and managed to get a better deal elsewhere. I don't believ I have had multiple experience with this dealership, and each time I have left disappointed and managed to get a better deal elsewhere. I don't believe I am unreasonable, but interest rates and trade offers are the main reason for not doing business with AutoNation Ford. During my last and final visit, I thought the attitude of the finance person was terrible. If this would have been my first visit, it would have been my last based on his attitude alone. Just a few days later, I got a deal on an almost identical car from an east side dealer, which an interest rate 2%+ lower than I was offered by AutoNation Ford as their best and final. I have great credit. In addition, the salesman called less than 5 months after my last visit to discuss cars I had visited looking to purchase, despite the fact that I communicated to him shortly after making a deal elsewhere via email...twice! Avoid this dealer. Plenty of Ford dealers in NE Ohio that I could personally vouch for through personal buying experiences. More
Poor after sale customer service I purchased a 2017 Focus ST brand new at the end of 2017. A year later the car felt mushy, lots of body roll, however no leaks or excessive noises. I purchased a 2017 Focus ST brand new at the end of 2017. A year later the car felt mushy, lots of body roll, however no leaks or excessive noises. Seems like a common concern from all the reviews I’ve read. If you want decent handling for more then 12 months don’t buy ford. Keep in mind this car was advertised as one of the most fun to drive, stiff suspension, better handling, performance-oriented vehicle in its class. I came in to an appointment for a suspension check. When I arrived, I found out there's no service adviser available for my appointment. Except for the service manager. I was explained he was there in his day off, that's why the casual attire (shorts, T-shirt). That's ok. He offered to ride with me in the car (one block around the dealership where the roads are very smooth). The car made no noise. So, I suggested i would take him on the highway. That’s where all customer service was lost. I was suggested on an arrogant tone to go get a 4-wheel alignment and if they suggest strut replacement, then he will put it on a lift and check it for leaks and so on…. I wanted my dealer to check that for me. He was telling me the car doesn’t feel like new because its broken in (this car does not handle safe anymore!) … Apparently unless I’m buying another one nobody is willing help. A car wash is only a wish on a Saturday (its closed), but they advertise it. I kind of expected a loss in customer service after the sale is complete, but this was more like…. “It’s my day off, I don’t feel like seeing customers go pay for diagnostics somewhere else”. I don’t regret anything, the purchase price was good, so good luck to them, they won’t see me there again. Stay pink Autonation Westlake 😊 More

They could not find my record - ok then - I was then told I needed the VIN number to even gain access to an appointment. Guess what - I went elsewhere. Not surprised since the VIN could have been put in the "system" at the time of the appointment - I guess - there is no need to even consider this dealership for service or to purchase a car there - the "system" was more important than the customer. I am sure other dealerships will take my money for service or for a new car. More

Misleading Salesmen called to advise of early bird special and they wanted to take care of my last 3 lease payments and if I told him what I wanted vehicle wise Salesmen called to advise of early bird special and they wanted to take care of my last 3 lease payments and if I told him what I wanted vehicle wise he would have ready taking only 2 hrs of my time. I was told at the beginning of my lease I have a red carpet lease and would not need money down on my next vehicle. Totally not the case in any of the above! I wasted 3 hours there with having to walk out and no new lease. He had no vehicles ready for me and I had to pick them out. Text drove them and started discussing payments. They wanted more money down and to raise my payments over 100 dollars. I have stellar credit and yet I felt like I was at Clark ford or a jd byrider. I have gone to this dealership since 1997 and will NEVER SET FOOT on this dealerships lot again. Totally disgusted with the salesman who sold me my last 2 cars and he didn’t remember one thing about me. More
