This is the same generic response you left me on Facebook. I called that number and was forwarded to voicemail where I left a detailed message as well as my phone number so I could be contacted directly. A week went by with no call back. So I left another response on Facebook which went ignored. Now that I have left reviews at more review sites, someone actually responded on Facebook and gave me yet another number to call as well as an email address. I sent an email this morning. We'll see if this actually solves anything, but based on my experience so far I will not be holding my breath.
