I had a lot of work done on my 2014 Flex. Front brakes, tire rotation, wheel alignment,oil change and filter. The service department had no rotors in stock so they had to find them from other dealerships i tire rotation, wheel alignment,oil change and filter. I do understand that service departments don't keep a complete stock of oem parts due to the expense. The staff was very kind and understanding. I understand the wait and was very satisfied with the work performed as usual. My mistake was not taking the offered shuttle home. Overall I always feel confident with the quality of the work. More

I posted my 2011 Hyundai Sonata on Facebook marketplace. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted through messenger about the car. They asked if I was firm on the price. It was at this time that he said that he worked for autonation. He said he would send me a link to get an offer on my car. I went onto their site and filled out the info on the car. The Kelley Blue Book for this car is between 5100 and 7200 for private party and 3700 to 5000 for trade in in good condition. My car is at least good condition. They came to me with an offer of 3000. I told them this was ridiculous, as Carvana and Carmax had both offered well over 4000, and I had private offers of up to 5500 just from my marketplace post. They said that they didn't see how they could be off by that much. When you go on their site, though, and look up the same car with the same mileage, they are charging between 8 and 10 thousand. This company is the stereotypical used car salesman, charging too much and paying too little. Use extreme caution when dealing with them. They WILL try to rip you off. More

The sales guy was great. We like the vehicle we got for our daughter. But when the time comes for the paperwork, that's when things get shady. They lump tax etc into the final price in the paperwork. It wasn't until I got the title that I saw the actual price paid for the car. After I deducted the warranty cost, doc fees, title/reg fees, there was an $800 overcharge. When I contacted them to find out why, I was told that it was an "appearance protection" fee that was applied to the car to protect the interior from spills and stains and the clearcoat from peeling or chipping. This is something we didn't ask for nor agreed to. I have always been loyal to businesses I deal with until I feel they have done me wrong. I doubt I will be doing anymore business with AutoNation since they didn't seem interested in making things right. More
