Had my car there for a week, I guess for what ended up being an $800 oil change. They didn't address the wheel noise, and somehow missed the cracked windshield that I asked to have replaced. This is the same dealership service center that for 3 years told me the transmission issues I was having were "normal," even though Ford ended up recalling the problem after thousands of us kept complaining and a class action lawsuit was filed. Definitely not returning. More
