I’ve had several issues with the service department. Just bought four new SUV tires, over $1000 and two of the tires were missing caps on the tire nozzles. Went back for two more caps. Early morning team worked together on a Saturday to take my car, even though my appt was later. Melissa explained to me what needed to be done to car, based on my package and then adjusted to additional wor my car, even though my appt was later. 10/2021 SERVICE REVIEW. Autonation Westlake just tried to sell me a service I already had done by them two years ago. Mike M. said the tech wanted my Ford (120,000 miles) to have a Throttle body cleaning to sell me a service I already had done by them two years ago. Mike M. said the tech wanted my Ford (120,000 miles) to have a Throttle body cleaning for $175. I didn't have time to wait any more so I declined. I asked Mike when the cleaning was last done and he couldn't tell me. When I got home I checked my receipts and I see they did that service already in 9/2019 at 100,000 miles. And then there's the coupons. I present the standard coupons they mail to you upon my arrival - I have 3 coupons now. Mike wouldn't take them yet. At checkout, you pay for the service at the service desk not the cashier. I asked him if he needed to hang onto the coupons and Mike says oh I forgot, too late I already ran the credit card. What is going on? You owe me. More
