Took the car in for oil change and tire rotation and bought new wipers. Service time was great as well as customer service (Melissa) I was surprised though that they didn't wash the car and my dash sc bought new wipers. I always have a good experience with the service department at Autonation Ford Westlake. They are quick, thorough and professional. In addition, while I wait for my vehicle, I am always waiting in department at Autonation Ford Westlake. They are quick, thorough and professional. In addition, while I wait for my vehicle, I am always waiting in an area that is always kept very clean and I can either read a book or watch TV, knowing it is never a really long wait. The service department here has always been one of the reasons I continue to come back again and again to purchase vehicles at this dealership. More

Took My Ford escape in for start problem, cost $867 and was not solved. Took it back and was told it was a key problem. They made me two new keys, problem solved. $867 for two keys, ridiculous!!
