This would have made perfect sense if they hadn’t had 2 weeks notice from when the appointment was made. The car wash was broken so I didn’t get a wash. Employees were pleasant and otherwise helpful. In my 50 some years of buying vehicles this was the worst dealership I've ever dealt with.. I bought the vehicle and then you hung me out to dry.. was told they at least pay $100 deductible,, would not even dealership I've ever dealt with..
