This is the 1st time I was unhappy. The reason 2 hour for rotation of tires and a oil change, is a little much. You make an appointment for a reason. Here's the But; make sure you know what your trade in is worth; check KBB, NADA, Carmax, and Carvana. Shop for warranty prices before you go. Autonation will get you very good prices for both, but only if you demand them with references. More
