The salesman was very good to work with. I test drove the f150 4x4 and told him it needed aligned as it drifted right and asked it to be aligned before I purchased the vehicle. I saw the mechanic take the ve f150 4x4 and told him it needed aligned as it drifted right and asked it to be aligned before I purchased the vehicle. I saw the mechanic take the vehicle for a ride and the salesman assured me the truck was ok. Being a heavy truck mechanic I hit the freeway after purchase and guess what, no alignment was made. It still drifts right. Maybe some people wouldn't notice but I did. I will be calling the dealership and asking why the truck was not aligned as promised. I think when you sell a customer a truck for 32k that you would keep your word. Jm very dissatisfied with this issue. More

The dealership and service department are great. They completed the oil change and the minor repairs that I brought my vehicle in for. Unfortunately after completion of the windshield washer reservoir re completed the oil change and the minor repairs that I brought my vehicle in for. Unfortunately after completion of the windshield washer reservoir replacement, it was not filled and I did not figure it out until after I was on the road. That's my fault for not checking before I drove away. Either way I will still recommend Auto Nation Westlake to anyone for both sales and service. More
