From start to finish I had a great experience, everyone was very nice. I first dropped my Fusion off for an oil change, and went to the show room to discuss my lease end options. That turned into getting a new car, a Bronco Sport! Every person that I talked with that day, between services, sales and financial, was knowledgeable and genuine. I didn't get the sense of this is just another sale. They answered my questions and concerns. They really worked with me, understood what I wanted, and made it happen!
