I was in the market for a Subaru Outback and found one I liked at AutoNation Ford Westlake. It was a bit of a drive from my home in Akron, but it was well worth it. The sales agent, John, got things moving liked at AutoNation Ford Westlake. It was a bit of a drive from my home in Akron, but it was well worth it. The sales agent, John, got things moving quickly after I decided it was the car for me. The financing agent didn't push me to buy any extended warranty packages after I declined. Everyone I interacted with a kind and courteous and got me on my way as soon as possible. I love the car and feel I got a fair deal. If anyone asks me for a car dealer to recommend, be it a new Ford or just a used vehicle, I will gladly send them here. More

I went in just to LOOK, but Janet got on line looking to find my car. Then John took me to the other branch to see my escape. I was in love with this vehicle, the color was beautiful. Both of these sales find my car. Then John took me to the other branch to see my escape. I was in love with this vehicle, the color was beautiful. Both of these sales people have been wonderful and I loved dealing with them. John is so great helping me with all the computerized things on my car. (He does remind me of my grandson) He is definitely an asset to AutoNation and he is a great teacher for the older generation. I definitely would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
