I went in just to LOOK, but Janet got on line looking to find my car. Then John took me to the other branch to see my escape. I was in love with this vehicle, the color was beautiful. Both of these sales find my car. Then John took me to the other branch to see my escape. I was in love with this vehicle, the color was beautiful. Both of these sales people have been wonderful and I loved dealing with them. John is so great helping me with all the computerized things on my car. (He does remind me of my grandson) He is definitely an asset to AutoNation and he is a great teacher for the older generation. I definitely would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

From start to finish I had a great experience, everyone was very nice. I first dropped my Fusion off for an oil change, and went to the show room to discuss my lease end options. That turned into getting a was very nice. I first dropped my Fusion off for an oil change, and went to the show room to discuss my lease end options. That turned into getting a new car, a Bronco Sport! Every person that I talked with that day, between services, sales and financial, was knowledgeable and genuine. I didn't get the sense of this is just another sale. They answered my questions and concerns. They really worked with me, understood what I wanted, and made it happen!
