Salesperson, Jeannie, was nice but the experience wasn't. We ask for a car pymt around a certain amt she brought out a car with a pymt not even close to what we ask for. We test drove another car the one that Jeannie brought us smelled like smoke, we mentioned it to her and she said she thought it smelled like smoke also. There were two other cars, same model, same year, different colors. I have to wonder why the one that smells like smoke was the one we were given to test drive? Perhaps to push us more to the more expensive car and bigger commission for her. There was water on the floor from someone shoes, I got some paper towels to clean it up. Two sale people sat there and watched me, didn't even try to help. Would not recommend AutoNation Ford Westlake. More
