My rating is low because up to the point of making the purchase it was going great You F&I gut pissed me off when trying to sell additional junk add on's. I had to show anger to get him to just do my paperwork and move forward. I feel his approach was very unprofessional. I may just refinance it now with another lending institution. I do not need to be hammered by someone when making a large purchase. So my rating should be 5 star but at the final monuments it was blown all to xxxx. More

The service department failed to contact me in any way when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as to me bringing my car in for diagnosis in January which led to the part being ordered in the first place. So, I had to bring my car back in for a re-assessment and it’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive any follow up contact -again. Ugh. More
