There seems to be a lot of miscommunication with this dealership. Nobody seems to know who is taking care of what. How do they only have two loaners for warranty/recall work? I’ve been waiting since early February for someone to get back with me about recall work on my new Mustang Mach e. I am really sorry that I chose Autonation Westlake for my place of pickup of the vehicle. We had an appointment to see the salesman about something with the vehicle, sat around for almost an hour before figuring out the he was out picking up another car. At first, none of the other salespeople knew where he was, told us he’d be back in 15 minutes. We asked the lady at the front desk who told us he was out for a while, try back tomorrow. The dealership was much better when it was John Lance Ford. More

My rating is low because up to the point of making the purchase it was going great You F&I gut pissed me off when trying to sell additional junk add on's. The service department failed to contact me in any way when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as to me bringing my car in for diagnosis in January which led to the part being ordered in the first place. So, I had to bring my car back in for a re-assessment and it’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive any follow up contact -again. Ugh. More
