I’ve been waiting since early February for someone to get back with me about recall work on my new Mustang Mach e. I am really sorry that I chose Autonation Westlake for my place of pickup of the vehicle. We had an appointment to see the salesman about something with the vehicle, sat around for almost an hour before figuring out the he was out picking up another car. At first, none of the other salespeople knew where he was, told us he’d be back in 15 minutes. We asked the lady at the front desk who told us he was out for a while, try back tomorrow. The dealership was much better when it was John Lance Ford. More
