Overall I am pleased with my purchase, and service. I am however dismayed that shortly after purchasing my vehicle I let them know about noise coming from the brakes. My salesman said they just put n I am however dismayed that shortly after purchasing my vehicle I let them know about noise coming from the brakes. My salesman said they just put new brakes on it and they needed to break in. Then when I took it for another issue I tried to tell the service lady about the brake noise, she just said that there was nothing found, regarding the first problem, and walked away while I was trying to explain the brake noise. Also I had to retrieve my vehicle from outside in bad weather. I brought the vehicle in for maintenance service, and was treated much better by a different service writer, Ashley. She has only been there a short time, but she took the time to listen to me and address the issue. My car was cleaned and brought to me in the service area indoors. I will still utilize the service department as I have an extended warranty, and the service department does good work. Our previous purchase was thru this dealership and went well. More

I had an oil change and tire rotation, left the vehicle there and it took almost four hours for the service to be completed. Was somewhat surprised that it took so long.
