The service department is hands down the worst at this location. They never return calls, it is always someone different who answers, and there is no acknowledgment when you get there. It saddens me because I loved the sales team and spent money on a brand new car yet the service department is the absolute worst. The main lady who works in the back for rentals was rude and unprofessional during the entire encounter not only to me but to their own sales employees. More

Absolutely fantastic customer service - the reason I keep coming back! I had a nail in my tire and called all over to see if I could bring in on a holiday weekend. Never get service on a Saturday. multipoint inspection was a joke. Tires had 39 pounds in the front and 31 pounds in the rear. They were checked as ok. Charged $2.99 for windshield washer fluid when I had topped off the reservoir the day before. Charged $13.94 per quart of synthetic oil when retail at Auto zone is just over 6 dollars per quart. Total cost of my service was $119.56.... For an oil change? BTW I was never quoted an estimate and the paperwork stated the "authorized estimate was modified" I was not notified of that either. More
