I took my car in for and oil change and recall. Twice I was told the part is at the dealers and it would take all day. They told me they did not have a failed car so for regarding the call backs. T Twice I was told the part is at the dealers and it would take all day. They told me they did not have a failed car so for regarding the call backs. The car was there all day. When I picked it up the oil and tire rotation was done but they needed to order a part !!!! So…they had my car all day for an oil change and tire rotation . We picked it up at 3:00 no one called to say it was done. It could have been sitting there and no One called. This past Tuesday I was supposed to get a call regarding the part. Guess what !!!! NO CALL. What a surprise. More
