Possibly the worst experience I have had in my entire life and I'm 76 years old. Along with waiting 3 weeks for an oil change, my vehicle was found with several other issues. They have had my vehicle of over 10 days and the service advisor never calls me back. I called the service manager and left a voice mail. He never called back either. The are seriously under staffed. Maybe today he will call??
