Defective rear brakes, the rotors in both rear brakes are chewed up and rusted, front rotors look smooth and perfect. Something is off on adjustment and they gave me a lame excuse that it’s my fault because chewed up and rusted, front rotors look smooth and perfect. Something is off on adjustment and they gave me a lame excuse that it’s my fault because I don’t drive it enough. The rear brakes can’t be working at all, this is a 2019 fiesta ST with 14,000 miles. I’ve never seen rotors that look this bad under warranty and the dealership says your tough luck, why would I ever go back to them, would you? More

Bought a 2022 F350 XLT Super Duty Long Bed. It sure took a long time to get the truck, 34-weeks, but it was during the shortage of almost everything on the earth LOL. I have had great service , the front staff is very friendly . I dropped my vehicle off for a oil change tire rotation etc. they had a porter take me to work , pick me up at the end of the day.
