Great experience except I waited for over one month for an appointment. I told about the rear camera recall in advance. The parts were not available. I recently purchased my second pickup truck from AutoNation. My sales advisor, Daniel Coffey, was professional and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. Dan also took care of all of the running around required in order to install all of the aftermarket options (i.e. rust proofing, spray-in bedliner, etc.) that I wanted so that I would not have to do that on my own time which I really appreciated. Defective rear brakes, the rotors in both rear brakes are chewed up and rusted, front rotors look smooth and perfect. I’ve never seen rotors that look this bad under warranty and the dealership says your tough luck, why would I ever go back to them, would you? More
