He worked with his manager to obtain the best deal for my new vehicle and trade-in allowance for my old one. Dan also took care of all of the running around required in order to install all of the aftermarket options (i.e. rust proofing, spray-in bedliner, etc.) that I wanted so that I would not have to do that on my own time which I really appreciated. Defective rear brakes, the rotors in both rear brakes are chewed up and rusted, front rotors look smooth and perfect. Something is off on adjustment and they gave me a lame excuse that it’s my fault because chewed up and rusted, front rotors look smooth and perfect. Something is off on adjustment and they gave me a lame excuse that it’s my fault because I don’t drive it enough. The rear brakes can’t be working at all, this is a 2019 fiesta ST with 14,000 miles. I’ve never seen rotors that look this bad under warranty and the dealership says your tough luck, why would I ever go back to them, would you? More

Bought a 2022 F350 XLT Super Duty Long Bed. It sure took a long time to get the truck, 34-weeks, but it was during the shortage of almost everything on the earth LOL.
