Brought my Fusion in for oil change and check out with coupon. Was informed that tires were needed. Was provided a estimate for tires and alignment. When I got home I found that I had a coupon for a dis coupon. Was informed that tires were needed. Was provided a estimate for tires and alignment. When I got home I found that I had a coupon for a discount on alignment. Called and left voice mail message with service rep to see if I could get the discount for the alignment. Never received a reply. More
