Great friendly staff and comfortable waiting area in the service department. Estimations on wait time could be reevaluated per job as I was told an hour to an hour and a half and I waited 2-1/2 hours for th service department. Estimations on wait time could be reevaluated per job as I was told an hour to an hour and a half and I waited 2-1/2 hours for the vehicle to be completed for an oil change, their inspection, tire rotation and a check for recall on a wiper blade piece. All of this with an appointment for the service. They also ended up cracking one of the plastic hubcaps during the tire rotation but were very upfront with me and since it was not in stock they had placed one on order already for me to come back in and get the replacement put on in a few days (free of charge of course since they broke it). I would recommend them for sure but plan to wait a bit longer than estimated or do the shuttle home and picked back up when the vehicle is ready. More

We are in tough times now. I spent money on a diagnostic test to find out what my fan from my air conditioning is normal. In the heat, it felt not cold as it should. Could not get an appointment until end of September. Apparently the reduction of air in the middle of the fan range is normal and freon is fine. However the testing of inside the car not the same as a hot day. In the old days I would know this up front and not charged a diagnostic test. Especially when they drove two vehicles to find it is how the car runs. I miss Brenda. I just realized nobody mentioned the recall. At time of appointments setting they didn't have the part. Ashley is so nice but overworked. Never said anything about doing it while there. Now I will never get tte part to go there again! Did I say I miss Brenda? No offense but she missed nothing. After the purchase I never hear back from sales when I have a problem. So disappointed. Been there since 2006. More
Ashley was extremely helpful and they were able to get my car serviced and back to me by the time I needed to pick up. I appreciate all of the ways they have to communicate now including texts. I was able to use their service department more when they had evening hours because I don't live or work in Westlake so arranging alternate transportation/getting there by 6pm becomes a concern. I always have a good experience when I am able to schedule with AutoNation. More
