Scheduling an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a specific time and then the simple service took 5 hours. That is very frustrating and insulting that I scheduled my day around the service department specific time and then the simple service took 5 hours. Get rid of scheduling and just ask to have the car dropped off for the day. The quality of work was fine. To much service desk resource for the work. More
